The Ontario Trucking Association (OTA) continues to work actively through the Canadian Trucking Alliance (CTA) to inform ongoing Canada-US discussions regarding the closure of Free and Secure Trade (FAST) enrollment centres.
To continue to understand the scope of this ongoing problem, OTA is requesting members to provide feedback on the critical number of new FAST drivers your company requires that are most urgent for your operations.

FAST enrollment centres have been closed since the Canada-US border restrictions were announced last year. The closures continue to have a significant impact on operators involved in the transportation of dangerous goods, automotive carriers, and other segments of the trucking industry.
OTA will continue to keep members up to date and provide additional details as they become available.
