Trucking HR Canada’s second annual Women with Drive Leadership Summit will be held March 3, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza – Toronto Airport Hotel, which promises new insights into strategies that can help attract, recruit and retain more women in the trucking industry.

The day’s agenda kicks off with a breakfast featuring Hazel McCallion, former mayor of Mississauga. Morning sessions include a panel of women who have been recognized as emerging leaders in the trucking industry, followed by a high-profile panel of senior managers discussing the rising focus of diversity and workplace inclusion.
The luncheon keynote will be delivered by Angela Mondou, President of Canada Company, while afternoon sessions will feature a presentation from Steven Osiel of Accompass, a leading expert in compensation practices, offering insights on compensation strategies, and a dynamic panel of current and former women drivers who will discuss what attracted them to the industry, and the challenges they’ve faced on the road to close out the day.
