In a letter received by OTA this week, MTO has advised the association they will be offering extended grandfathering permits for non-compliant vehicles covered by Phase 4 of its vehicle weights and dimensions reforms as required by regulation. Phase 4 vehicles cover straight trucks and their trailers and is the last phase of regulatory reforms.
