A reminder to carriers that beginning July 10, 2015 carriers who do not comply with ACI eManifest requirements may be issued zero-rated AMPS penalties (non-monetary) along with notices of non-compliance.
As of January 10, 2016 penalties will have an associated monetary amount. CTA is encouraging all carriers to ensure full compliance with eManifest requirements.
