There’s just a week remaining to register for Trucking HR Canada’s second annual Women with Drive summit, which will offer insights into strategies to recruit, retain and mentor women in Canada’s trucking industry.

The day-long event is scheduled for March 3 at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport Hotel.

“We have assembled an impressive list of speakers and panelists. There is something for everybody,” says Angela Splinter, CEO of Trucking HR Canada. “Registrations have already surpassed last year’s numbers.  Join us and join the conversation.”

The day opens with a presentation by Hazel McCallion, the former mayor of Mississauga, Ontario, while Angela Mondou, president of Canada Company, will be the keynote luncheon speaker. Steven Osiel of Accompass will offer strategies to introduce total compensation packages. Panels scheduled throughout the day include women recognized as emerging leaders in the trucking industry, senior managers responsible for workplace diversity, and women holding an array of jobs in the trucking industry.

The event concludes with a networking reception.

An all-inclusive delegate package is $425, while a table of eight is available for $2,800. For more information and to register, visit www.truckinghr.com/en/content/women-drive-2015.
