The annual CVSA RoadCheck event is being held June 7, 8 and 9 at various locations in Ontario.
RoadCheck is the largest targeted enforcement program on commercial vehicles in the world, with approximately 14 trucks or buses being inspected, on average, every minute from Canada to Mexico during a 72-hour period.
If you are interested in attending a location to observe, MTO asks that you complete the “2016 Observer Request Package” (click here: 2016 Observer Request Package_public) outlining you choice of location and time of day and return it to MTO by email to [email protected] by no later than May 20, 2016. Once the request has been processed, MTO advises participants will be contacted by email on or before May 27 to confirm the location and time of visit.
MTO is also requesting participants review the Observers Checklist (click here: 2016 Observer Check List_public ) as well as bringing a completed copy of the “2016 Roadcheck Waiver” to the Roadcheck location they will be attending (click here: 2016 Road Check WAIVER_public).
