The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is inviting members of the industry to act as observers at an inspection facility during International Roadcheck which will take place on May 14, 15 and 16, 2024 across the province.
International Roadcheck is a three-day period held each spring that highlights the work of certified local, state, provincial, territorial, and federal inspectors in jurisdictions across North America when conducting inspections on large trucks.
Roadcheck is an extension of the more than 3.5 million documented roadside safety inspections conducted around the clock throughout North America each year by specially trained inspectors.
The attached documents contain details on scheduling an observer time slot at the designated MTO facilities across Ontario. The link to the online booking site will be active until April 30th.
