OTA was notified that the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has launched a survey to assist in improving their Commercial Vehicle License Plate renewal process and is looking for insights from businesses, and individuals who are actively involved in the licensing process for their vehicles. This is part of a larger initiative to provide additional online services to the public and to specifically allow renewal of vehicle validation stickers online.
OTA is encouraging its members to complete the survey that can be accessed at https://bit.ly/MTO-ORV-Survey The responses from the survey will help MTO understand what your business would need, and how MTO can best serve the trucking industry in the to-be-designed solution. As part of the survey, carriers will also be given an opportunity to participate in the focused MTO interview follow-up phase of the project and to provide direct feedback about the renewal process they would like to share with MTO.
