The Labour Program is considering a review of Part XI of the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COHSR) with respect to ‘confined spaces’.
In order to obtain initial impressions, the Labour Program held a conference call with employee and employers groups, including CTA, on January 29, 2015.
