The City of Hamilton is undertaking a review and update of the citywide Transportation Master Plan in accordance with the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process.
OTA has submitted its guide to developing local truck routes in municipalities. The paper does not direct municipalities with regards to final conclusions with regards to what makes a good truck route, but provides guidance with regards to how to arrive at the best decisions for customers, trucking companies and the cities they work in.
