MTO reports that Phase 3 of Highways 6 and 401 Improvements from the Hamilton north limits to the Guelph south limits will be commencing shortly.
With the Highway 6/Brock Road South underpass structure approaching the end of its service life, this project looks to replace the underpass ad examine improvements to the Highway 401 and Highway 6/Brock Road South Interchange.
The project limits are located within the Township of Puslinch, Wellington County
MTO will be holding an online Public Information Centre (PIC) on the project website. The PIC will provide an overview of study process, alternative designs to address interchange improvements and the assessment of those alternatives, as well as the Technically Preferred Alternative derived from that assessment and the Project’s next steps.
The PIC can be accessed from June 26th to July 9th 2026 on the project website below where you will be able ask questions or submit comments on the PIC materials.
