April 28th (23:59) – For the following counties:
Colchester North (that portion of Colchester County not included in Colchester south), Cumberland, Pictou, Antigonish, Guysborough, Cape Breton, Inverness, Richmond and Victoria. 
Prince Edward Island – Restrictions have been lifted
