OTA has been advised by MTO that carriers who renewed their IRP fleets in the August 2014 to December 2014 time frames may have paid higher fees than necessary.
As a result, MTO will be sending the note linked below, with the refund cheques to those carriers who were mistakenly charged the incorrect fee. Important Notice to IRP Carriers
MTO will be working with the province’s shared services organization to start processing the refunds in the coming weeks. MTO is advising it will likely take 4 – 6 weeks to process and mail all the refund cheques.
