The American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI), of which the Ontario Trucking Association is a member, is asking for trucking industry stakeholders to take part in its 2015 Top Industry Issues Survey.
The annual survey asks trucking industry stakeholders to rank the top issues of concern for the industry along with appropriate strategies for addressing each issue. The survey is in its 11th year and participation by trucking stakeholders has grown each year.
The survey is open to all trucking industry stakeholders including motor carriers, truck drivers, industry suppliers, and others with an interest in the trucking industry. It only takes a few minutes to complete – respondents pick their top 3 issues from a list of 23 and then they are prompted to rank potential strategies for addressing those issues from a list of three for each issue. Respondents can also submit their own issues and strategies if they have ideas that are not on the list.
The results of the 2015 survey will be released at the ATA Annual Management Conference and Exhibition, to be held October 17-20, 2015 in Philadelphia.
