The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has provided the following information to CTA recommending that all Canada-bound traffic destined to the three impacted ports of entry be diverted to the Landsdowne port of entry until further notice:
Traveller traffic at the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge, Fort Erie Peace Bridge, Niagara Falls Rainbow Bridge and Whirlpool ports of entry are experiencing a service disruption.
These ports of entry are currently experiencing a service disruption and border users may encounter delays. Until further notice, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) encourages you to consider alternate ports of entry of Lansdowne.
The CBSA recognizes border disruptions affect travellers and we are working to restore normal border operations at this port of entry as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience while we get operations back on track.
