OTA supports constructive dialogue and comments on its Twitter account, including those not aligned with our positions. To allow such dialogue on social media, there will always be a risk that some members of the public could use inappropriate or abusive language in our space. OTA and its members will not tolerate and strongly condemns racist/sexist or any derogatory language aimed at any individual. group or community, which is posted in the comments section of our tweets or retweets. OTA will remove such comments as we are made aware of them, block the user and report the user to Twitter. We also encourage anyone who sees such comments to DM us immediately.
