OTA Seminar: A Practical Look at Coming Change to the Canada Labour Code

This session will provide an overview of the sweeping changes to the Canada Labour Code that the federal government has put forward in Bill C-63 and Bill C-86. As some of these changes come into force as early as September 1, 2019, this presentation will give carriers a practical look at what the changes mean for their businesses and provide tools on how to best manage their operations as these new provisions come into force.
