Association seeking details on outstanding April Transactions
In multiple discussions with Service Ontario and MTO over the past week, OTA continues to stress the necessity to remove the current backlog of IRP applications that are holding trucks and drivers from working and supporting the supply chain.
To ensure the association has relevant details on the scope of the backlog, OTA members that have outstanding IRP transactions from April that have not been processed are encouraged to provide details to OTA including documentation already submitted. Please email this information to:operations_safety@ontruck.org In the subject line of your email, please include your IRP Account#, Transaction Type (e.g. Add Vehicle) and the date the Transaction was initially submitted to IRP.
OTA will remain engaged on this effort daily with MTO and Service Ontario until the system has stabilized to ensure trucks and drivers are moving.
