About This Course
Produced in partnership with Trans Canada Chiropractic, these courses focus on the cornerstones of a healthy lifestyle – sleep, diet, and exercise. Topics discuss fatigue, sleep apnea, nutrition, weight management, illness and injury prevention, specifically as they relate to truck drivers. Examples of simple exercise routines designed for the road are also included. The individual topics of this course are also available in standalone format as Part I: Fatigue & Sleep, Part II: Diet & Exercise and Part III: Preventing Illness & Injury.
