This notice is to advise carriers that Taylor Kidd (CR23) in Lennox and Addington Country is scheduled to be closed to through traffic from CR6 to CR24 (Coronation Blvd) from Monday August 10th (7:00am) to Wednesday August 12th (6:00pm) inclusive.
Note that the CR24 (Coronation Blvd) portion of the detour is NOT suitable for lowboy trailers due to the elevated railway crossing.
This road closure is required to allow for the replacement of a large culvert under Taylor Kidd. The subject culvert is located approximately 800m west of Coronation Blvd. This is a continuous closure meaning the road will not be re-opened at night. In the event that the works are completed in less than the scheduled 3 days the road will be re-opened. The detour route for this closure will be CR6, Hwy 33, CR24 (Coronation Blvd).
