Blue Water Bridge officials announced the three-week strike by union workers at the Sarnia-Port Huron crossing is coming to an end.

The Blue Water Bridge will be returning to a full work force as of 6 am Monday December 12, 2016.

Workers at the Blue Water Bridge have agreed to a new contract with their employer after going on strike Nov. 21. Management staff has been filling in since then, which has led to periodic traffic delays at the crossing. Officials expect operations to return back to normal on Monday.
