This book consists of a record of duty status on the top portion and vehicle inspection report on the bottom. This 8½ x 4¼ in. book contains 31 carbonless duplicate two-part sets (62 sheets). It is designed to accommodate any pickup truck, medium or large straight truck or tractor, and up to 1 trailer. Schedule 1 (list of minor and major defects) is included inside the front cover. The record of duty status can only be used for drivers that are exempt from the daily logbook requirements. This is normally drivers who operate within a 160 kilometre radius of their home terminal and return to that terminal at the end of their work shift.
