(March 1, 2013) -- Reminder: The Port of Champlain requires a manifest for empties passing through its port for record keeping reasons and to show the truck passed through Champlain and was indeed empty.

The port authority then uses this copy to stamp and show departure. Carriers can obtain CBP form 7533 online.
